I ordered a sample from this company and had specific requirements on how it should look I even sent them design documents and samples to refer to. First they made me agree not to request a refund in case I did not like the sample. Then the product they sent me was below standard (plastic had a bump, acrylic was cut poorly and had scratches, poor picture quality) and they even forgot my accessory (stand) that was meant to accompany the product. After I expressed displeasure they just said "it will be rectified in production order". If you cant produce a good sample, you will not be trusted to make a production order. My recommendation is to avoid. Our company was very disappointed.
